Kanban System Design - Part I of Kanban Management Professional Credential

The course is designed specifically for professionals who want to think at a deeper level, beyond just their daily work challenges, to effect a long-term sustainable change. KMP1 will introduce you to the Kanban concept and help you to improve the quality and flow of the work or products through the system process in an efficient way. We will understand and implement the Kanban system in the process. The Kanban method is an approach that is developmental to modify the team structure by enhancing leadership and accountability at all levels. The KMP1 training is developed to understand and implement the Kanban methodologies at all levels of the enterprises.

• Funding Eligibility This program has been certified under the IBF Standards and is qualified for subsidizing under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all qualification criteria being met.
•For training programmes commencing 1 July 2022:
-70% of direct training cost*
-Singapore Citizens aged 40 years old and above will be eligible for 90% co-funding of direct training costs.
