SAFe Advanced Scrum Master
SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) is a two-day course that provides experienced Scrum Masters with the knowledge and skills required to lead agile teams and facilitate agile processes in a SAFe environment. The course is designed for Scrum Masters who want to take their skills to the next level and become a key member of a SAFe organization.

This section covers the role of the Scrum Master in facilitating agile team and program-level processes and ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
This section covers how to coach agile teams to improve their performance, including facilitating self-organization, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement.
This section covers how to manage agile team dynamics, including building high-performing teams, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication.
This section covers how to manage agile programs, including managing the backlog, coordinating dependencies, and managing risks.
This section covers how to implement SAFe practices in an organization, including the use of the Agile Release Train (ART) and Lean Portfolio Management.
Upon completion of the course, participants will have a deep understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment and be equipped with the skills needed to facilitate agile team and program-level processes and ceremonies. They will also be eligible to take the SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification exam, which recognizes their knowledge and understanding of SAFe practices.
