· Has an exposure on entrepreneurship and branch level field operations for MFI operations.
· Passion in Women empowerment and providing micro finance for women in terms of uplifting economic status of rural women and contributing to GDP of Sri Lanka.
· Initiation and development of policies and procedures for start-ups in micro finance sector in collaboration with foreign investors.
· Proven records of turn around sick companies into profit making entities by introducing strategic directions.
· Execution of new market driven products by analyzing market situations to face the challenges and ensure sustainable growth.
· Possesses a well-established network towards funders ,regulators ,clients and other stakeholders can lead any company to its next level.
· Active contribution to micro finance sector in Sri Lanka as a Director-Lanka Micro Finance Practitioner’s Association (LMFPA) in collaboration with Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and Ministry of Finance of Sri Lanka.
