Kanban Management Professional(KMP I)
The course is designed specifically for professionals who want to think at a deeper level, beyond just their daily work challenges, to effect a long-term sustainable change. KMP1 will introduce you to the Kanban concept and help you to improve the quality and flow of the work or products through the system process in an efficient way. We will understand and implement the Kanban system in the process. The Kanban method is an approach that is developmental to modify the team structure by enhancing leadership and accountability at all levels.
