Mr. Giorgi Mirotadze is an experienced banking executive and business consultant with 22 years of total work experience in emerging markets. His expertise spans from financial services, economic development projects, government reforms, private business and academia. As a part of his banking career he worked in the areas of micro, SME and corporate lending, finance and back-office operations. As a consultant he participated in the projects in industry sectors, such as renewable energy, agriculture, real estate, hydro power generation, healthcare reform, transport, trade and service sectors. He brings successful track record of managing multiple stakeholder policy and contract negotiations, developing complex strategies and generating innovative ideas.
His most recent experience includes a Chief Financial Officer’s position with a prominent microfinance bank in Georgia and a board position with a leading microfinance organization in the Republic of Kosovo. He is currently involved in launching start-up companies in Georgia and several international business consulting projects in banking.
Mr. Mirotadze holds an MBA in Finance and Banking from Hofstra University, New York, and completed American Bankers Association Academy’s Stonier executive courses at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. He is native in Georgian and fluent in Russian and English.
